Give it more time. After all, you're at 547 or 497 now.. Why did you let it get up to 547 -- which is at menopausal #'s.. 2.5 mg a day - for me- is way too much brotha! You don't want to kill your E2 levels. I'd stick with 1mg EOD. Do you have gyno symptoms??

No symptoms at all really, and i was runnin with out an AI...it was stupid and i wont do it again thats for sure.

A question I have is: what are you on? how long? and how are you dosing letro?

no way that still high 0.25-0.6mg eod i would rec first

How much gear are you currently running? At 2.5mg of letro per day, I would expect more of a drop than that for sure after two weeks.

I was runnin tren 50mg ed/dbol 50mg ed/ test e 500 wk. Dbol is done. Been off it for 2 days before lab work. Cycle is almost over. Ive been runnin the tren and dbol for 6 weeks, test for almost 10 weeks.

Yeah, Test + Dbol with No AI is def a bad call. I wouldn't expect that the letro would "kill" your estro just yet with you being on the test and dbol along with the really high estro # BUT I would expect it to be much lower than that. Just my thoughts, anyone else? Two weeks of letro at 2.5mg/day is a pretty good dose.

I can tell you now I LOVE letro and use it at my main AI and that it takes a few weeks to notice increase in doses or starting it.
2 weeks it not ideal wait 4-5 weeks before judging. thats why i ALWAYS rec people to only raise dose over weeks not days if they feel they need more. because otherwise most end of complaining about letro sides.
give it 4-5 weeks and go for blood work. 2 weeks its just starting to do its job (its not as simple it working from day one it may take weeks to lover blood levels of E if they are high) sure after one dose LETRO levels will be high in blood, but this does not mean it will lower blood levels of E just as fast, give it a few weeks to judge increases to letro dose and for ti to take effect if just starting it.
also you shoulda ran an AI with the two before hand.

I know I haven't had an issue with thire letro yet and have used it alot, just used it at 1.2mg 2-3x a week on 1g test ew.
I sure hope its as simple as needing a couple more weeks. if not just email them.
but i do rec dropping it to 1.2mg eod as a max dose
