Offend?

Bah. But if by heavyset you mean fat, then yes I am. At present. That picture was shortly before I snapped my rotator cuff a few years back. I am on my way to a comeback now, but I sit at 250 (twas 210 in that picture). Here is a recent picture.

How much benching do you do now after the RC surgery? Are you able to work comfortably through a full ROM, or are you cutting the ROM short now because of the injury?

Nice Weights TP. I just started EDT training too. How do you like it?

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

Thanks Patrick, I am quite pleased. I last hit the 265 on include for 14 reps on the first set, so that was pretty good. Starting next week I will be doing regular benching.

Rocco, I have been doing EDT every so ofter for a while now. I think I have a journal here 4-5 years ago when I first read about it. Its a nice change of pace, and I like it. It gets old fast though and I am looking forward to something else next week.

thanks.
As of now I'm just getting out of a bulk, so yeah, I kind of look like that. Actually, I only put on 3% BF, keeping an evil eye on all the processed crap. I put on a good amount of size and after I am done getting my surgery to my knee, I am going in full blast for a shwo in August.

Slightly, yes. For that reason I haven't pressed a weight that I can't get at least 10 reps. The heaviest I have gone, to date is 285. Mind you, it snapped on 435.

Thanks JD.

I have recently taken on a few e-clients, for dieting and upcoming competitions. So I needed a snazzy name.

Cool. I like that and it ties into your screen name nicely. One suggestion. Instead of using (tm), try this. After you type Peak Physique, hold down the Alt key and type 0153. This will make it appear:

Peak Physique

I bolded the, so it will stand out better

Yeah, thanks. I am aware of that, I was just on my laptop when I did it, and did not have the number key pad. Off to fix....
