IainDaniels Lemon Xceed log

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
Well as promised here is the start to my log for Lemon Xceed. Thanks DS for selecting me to review this product.

This is my first experience with CEE, I haven't been using any creatine product in over 6 months. I will be using the recommended dose along with 2 caps of Basic Cuts Preworkout, and the recommended dose PWO.

Mixed easily in 12oz of water, enjoyed the taste has a bite, which I assume is the CEE from which I have read from various reviews. However I enjoy lemon flavors, so this was fine with me. Not sure if anyone has tried MRM BCAA + G but the flavouring seems almost exactly the same.

Dose was about 45 prior to workout, seemed more focused with the BC and CEE compared to the BC alone. Workout was good nothing significant to report.

After a tough workout, the taste is a little harder to handle initially (probably cause it is the first time I have tried it) But as I finished it was fine. I couldn't imagine the flavour strength in less liquid the 12 oz.

Workouts will be 4-5 days a week, alternating between fullbody and circuit fullbody. I will keep you up to date. I will try a dosing around a hockey game as well, just for the fun of it.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Do you have any goals with this or is it just your impression of the product?

Goals for me are more health related and sports related. I am not looking to bulk up or cut weight. I am looking for more of a performance improvement. So that would be either strength or endurance. Hope that helps.

You can follow along in my attempt to revive my journaling habits

So this means your actually going to start working out and journaling again....correct?!!? Good luck Iain.

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

Well today was a circuit type workout... fullbody. Pretty exhausting.

However I seemed to recover today between circuits a little quicker, something to pay attention too. No significant pump, well no more then normal.

Preworkout 3 g xceed and 2 Basic cuts
PWO 3 g xceed

Very cool. Full body circuits are fun.

Iain, are you still planning on entering the DS contest? You're taking Xceed and Basic Cuts now...you should enter!

I could never make a commitment like that with my diet for 8 weeks. I know myself too well. So I just don't see a point in it. Don't get me wrong I eat pretty clean but I like to enjoy my weekends as well.

I haven't forgot about updating this. I just don't think I am able to provide a daily analysis.

Workouts have been solid(Energy, mood, Strength). Considering I just a bit below maintenance Cals. Suprisingly haven't noticed any significant pumps. from Di-arginine. I am currently working out 3 times a week. Check the link to see my actual journal.

Ok it has been about 3 weeks now with using xceed pre and post WO. So far things are pretty good. Cals are still slightly below Maintenence, but weights have stayed consistent. The main thing I have noticed, is the recovery period. Recovery between sets and between workouts have significantly improved. That has been the most impressive thing to date.
