Kicka's N.O. Limits log

I will be testing NO limits and testing how effective it is during a cut. I will record my changes in weight, bf, stregth gains and overall effects. Currently on a very strict cut at about 1800 cals a day and i weigh in at 178 at 9.3%bf. Stregth at baseline has been declining slightly during the cut but is to be expected. I will be hoping this supplement will add a little more stamina to my workouts and a good pump during and after, we shall see....

Worked chest today, took 6 caps 30 mins before. Noticed slight increase in pumps and medium increase in endurance. Strength was way down and probably was diet related since I had a fairly weak pre-workout meal and breakfast.

worked tris and bi's today, strength was slightly above normal, good pump and excellent vascularity, I think the loss of strength before was due to poor pre-workout meal. i normally eat a decent amount of carbs, maybe 40 grams pre-work out and I will test if eating more, say 80, will help NO to work better on my next workout

basically as lean as i can maintain, i am thinking 6-7% will be an attainable goal. Will do normal dosing today and if there is any noticeable change. If not I am going to try more caps and see if a change occurs then. The other poster said he felt almost a skin popping pump, mine have been fair but nothing "skin-popping", will post later today

did chest yesterday, 6 caps, best pump yet with increased staminia, no get stregth gains and staminia may have been diet/rest related, however the pump was deff from the NO and showd great vascularity

did back yesterday on 8 caps, pump was much more noticable and stamina and strength were both up, very impressed at 8 caps

just did chest,6 caps, stamina noticeably up, strength up slightly with pump and vascularity both noticeably high. Overall so far I have been impressed with the pump and vascularity gained from NO limits. stamina is usually up when taking NO but strength has been fluctuating greatly which is more from the diet.

did bi/tris today, increased stregth, incread stamina and best pump yet, pump was very intense and arms where probably the most pumped they have ever been and thats somthen to say

worked chest at high reps low weight, good stamina and stregth with great vascularity. The big thing ive noticed from NO limits is the vascularity, it has been constantly very high on high carb days and low carbs days. I have a feeling this product would show the best results on a bulk but even on a cut it has positives

worked back today and arms 2 days ago, both days took NO limits 5 mins before and it worked much better than the suggested 30-45 mins before, took 6 caps today and had to cut back workout short because pump in forearms made them to tight to continue, overall impressed

exams past 2 weeks so i didnt have time to post, worked arms today, took pills 10 mins before and they worked alot better than 30-45 mins before, same great pump and increase stamina, slight stregth gains but probably due to muscles being well rested

worked back 2day, hgh carb pre-WO, increase staminia like ussual, stregth about what its been, my next post im going to summarize the product and what its stregths and weaknesses have been for me

so keeping a log wasnt somethen im really good at, but the product does work very well at what it does. NO limits will not make you put on insane pounds of muscle from it alone but it is very effective at boosting workouts which in turn will lead to better results in the mirror. Stregth gains were limited, increase staminia and vascualrity were very noticable. Pumps were often extremely good with best results coming personally with 6 caps 10-20 mins before workout. I have let some of my buddies try the stuff and all can noticably feel it working on the first workout, Good product overall and I deffenetly recomend it to anyone wanting a boost to the current workouts and esspecially those trying to break though stagnant periods of gains
