KelJu's N.O. Limits Trial

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
First off, I would like to thank Designer Supplements for being understanding about my messed up schedule. I have had their product sitting on my dresser for a month and a half now.
Secondly, I will be starting from scratch again. I am miles away from optimal condition after an almost 2 month span away from the gym. I suspect to make a lot of progress quickly, then followed by slower gains.
Thirdly, this will be a cutting period, and my body hates to cut. I will try to give a fair and honest evaluation of N.O. Limits. I'm taking before and after shots for this product evaluation starting from the first day to the last day that I take the product.

Good luck, KelJu!

I'm looking forward to how your cut goes. I've tried twice to cut and it's didn't happen.

Today was the first day on the trial N.O. Limits. I have never had success to the Nitric Oxide supplements like NO-explode, but I respond to N.O. Limits. I was doing hyper extensions at a 45 degree anger wit ha 45lb plate doing sets of 12. When I was done my entire lower back was swollen up. At first I thought it was inflammation, but as I noticed there was no pain, I figured it was the N.O. Limits keeping my erector spinae pumped. It was quite nice, because I haven't had a good pump in over a year. I didn't notice any difference when doing squats. I am pretty fat right now, so that could have been the cause of that. Calf raises felt great. I always push my calves to the max, and my calves kept a good pump for an hour which is a lot longer than usually. I usually lose pump in my calves about 10 minutes after I work them. Well, I'll take what I can get.

Set 2: 225 x 10
Set 3: 225 x 10

Standing Barbell Military Press: (2m RI)
Set 1: 45 x 10
Set 2: 135 x 10
Set 3: 135 x 8

Incline Bench Press: (2m RI)
Set 1: 135 x 12

Set 3: 185 x 10

Dips: (2m RI)

Today I smoked a bowl and took 6 of the N.O. Limits before my workout. I swear that was the most pumped I have been in years. My chest felt like a cannon after I finished Bench Pressing. I held onto the pump for at least an hour afterwards.

As usual, I felt a nice blast of energy. I really do suggest people add some caffeine product with your N.O. Limits. They combine extremely well.

I am really digging the N.O. Limits. I have to admit that I was skeptical at first, but I really to like this product, as long as you mix it with the right stuff. Just a little caffeine is all you need to add to it. I

Lifting was good as usual. I have really been getting the best workouts I have had in a long time ever since school has been out.

I have one minor annoyance, and it might just be me rather than the product, but does has anyone else reporting sweating more while taking N.O. Limits or some of the other NO products out there. I never sweat so bad as when I take the N.O. Limits it seems.

Great workout as usual. I didn't get much pump today except on calves, but that is expected on low reps days. The calve extensions had my calves about to burst.

I was not very happy with todays workout. My progress stagnated because I cut calories, but when I got on the scales this morning I was up a pound from yesterday. WTF!

On topic, I am still getting nice pumps, just not seeing results.

My energy levels are shit. I hope this diet thing works quickly, because I mis the extra calories. The N.O. Limits doesn't work as well when calories aren't high enough, but that is to be expected. I am still getting some nice pumps.

Thanks bud. Yeah that static squeeze was awesome. Its kind of like a blast of cold water in the shower. It reminds you that you are alive.

I get a sharper kind of ache after statics too. I feel a deeper wider ache all through the muscle group on static days. I never used to do statics 'til I saw them here in a journal (might have been yours) and then I was all . Now my hold stamina when going after a submission is insanely better. I love 'em on bent over db's curls and weighted crunches.

If you like that, check out my journal for the next 3 days. I'll be doing a shock rotation of all muscle groups, so I'll be throwing a lot of statics at each muscle.
