I would bet there are high in sodium other then that they seem ok
Would beans be ok on a cut if added to brown rice. (make it a complete protein) Funny thing is I never thought of using beans on a cut. Not really sure why.
How would you rank beans. Are dried beans the best, then frozen beans, canned beans? or what?

They shouldn't be high in sodium...but they are high in carbs (lots of fibre too) so just make sure you're counting the carbs in them. DP has a list of acceptable ones somewhere if I can find it.
I would just limit it to lentils, and small portions at that!

chickpeas are good also ! but you have to watch the sodium as they are mostly canned. I just wash them off which wil help a little.
dried or frozen would contain the least amount of sodium as they are still in their natural state then canned...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
