different kinds of coffee
i keep seeing different kinds like 100% arabica, columbian, etc. my question is do these coffees have the same nutritional value as regular coffee (0 cals)? i got a jar of yuban 100% arabica instant coffee, anyone tried this?

does it say on the jar what the calories are?
by instant do you mean grounded? hmmm....not sure, but all foods usually have nutritional value on the packaging,even water does,it says 0 calories. |

The different coffees have different flavors depending on the environment they're grown in, nutrients, etc. Nutritionally they're all identical basically unless you buy ones with added cream/sugar or add it yourself.
