    cottage cheese taste

    Should cottage cheese taste kinda salty? I've never had it and I'm trying to figure out if it went bad.
    Are you going to eat that?....

    Mine tastes kind of acidy/rancid when it starts going bad, I hate that taste. Unfortunately I have bought it from the store like that before pre-expiration date, which I think has to do with them not keeping it as cold as they should, lame.
