Oh No cutting down carbs

i am tying to loss 14kgs of body fat in 10 weeks. i am doing 4 hours of cardio a week. and i am do pump training. the thing i want to know should i eat carbs after my work out. cos i eat a little of complex cards after.
coz i get up at 7am Mon-Fri and go gym at 7pm and between that time period i eat 100gs of carbs go gym try to burn that and have 30-40gs after my work out.

Its not just about carbs. You need to control overall calories. What does your diet look like in general? How many calories, grams of protein/fat/carbs?

And why "pump" training? Really, that's a lot of weight to drop in a short period of time. I'd investigate Lyle's "rapid fat loss" aka PSMF.

i have
-1500 cals
-30gs fat
-100-200gs cards
-150-200gs protein

i am trying to follow the The Ultimate Diet 2.0. but with some mods to suit my life style.

I don't think you know what Ultimate Diet 2.0 is or you wouldn't be eating carbs every day.
