High chlosterol Problems

I wanted to do this post for people with high cholesterol. I am 20 and HAD high cholesterol first blood test 277 total chol. 244 bad chol. and 11 good cholesterol. That is terrible. Then second blood test decided to eat as healthy as possibly low fat low chol. and went down but not much. 260 total chol. 218 bad chol. and 22 good chol. and that was 3 months after first chol. was taking with really healthy eaten. At this point i am totally fusterated because i am trying to bulk up to 250-260 and hard without pumping in food. So decided to eat healthy again but add 4 1000 mg fish oils a day and 2 centrum multi vitamin cardios a day. And 5 weeks after 2nd blood work my chol. went down to 169 total chol. 152 bad chol. and 38 good chol. so if you are having chol. problems the key is getting a healthy diet. but MOST IMPORTANT 1000 mg FISH OIL PILLS AND CENTRUM CARDIO MULTI VITAMINS dont take that lipitor shit or chol. medicine fucks up ur liver and costly go with natural shit like fish oil and vitamins. Hope i helped some people out.

I did Atkins. Dropped my cholesterol from 232 to 135 within six months.

Mine was 210 at the highest when I tipped the scales at 300 lbs. Now it nicely hovers at 140.

Well you have confirmed my opinion that indeed fish oil is good for high cholesterol, triglycerides and all other factors which contribute to heart attacks.

Draino works just as well, but I heard it can be toxic at times.
