help i'm a retard
I weigh 240lbs with 185lbs of lean body mass.. What % body fat am I?
I don't know if i take 185 and divide into 240lbs 185/240=23%... or if i subtract 240-185=55... and then take 55/185 = 30% MY GOD I HOPE I"M NOT 30%!!!!!! |

You are 23%.
However, by dividing 185 by 240, you get .77 or 77%, which is the percent of LBM. You then subtract that from 1 and get .23 or 23% as your BF%. So you had the right idea....looks like you just mistyped.
