    advice from gym's nutritionist

    bulk diet:
    breakfast: cereal (pref special k)

Protein portions should be the size of the palm of your hand
carb portions should be the size of ur closed fist.

as I am a hard gainer i should take two half serving of eas mass factor or similar shake twice a day.

Take one day off per week so i dont go nuts.

Sorry, but that advice does sound stupid as shit? Who the hell measures macros by the size of your body parts?

I know, I'd be eating way over maintenance if I compared my food to certain parts.

You like how I did that, don't you.

Actually, you were offered sound advice a year ago here:
    5 ft 9 roughly 140lbs

    And here: Advise please

    And you tried again here:
    Mass gain diet

Our advice isn't going to change. FitDay is not difficult, you are being lazy. If you are too lazy to add in custom foods, then perhaps you should reevaluate how much you want your goals. Hugh Jackman's, Jason Statham's, and Ryan Reynold's diets were made for them, not for you. You can choose to follow our advice or not, but stop fucking making a new thread every six months asking for advice that you are going to ignore. You are not new to this site and you know what we are going to tell you.

Track your damn calories for a week and come back with numbers. We don't care if you use FitDay or a fucking abacus.
