Foood and calories
´Hello. for the past year idid a protein plan with low carbs intake,i lost many fat and some weight it give me the posibility to fit in nice pants and t shirt, but now ,,,,,i´m so flat and low weight
last week took a decition to eat more rice ann beans, pasta bred,etc i know i´m gonna get some fat but my i looks like sick. comment? |

Youre not gonna get fat from eating those foods. YOu get fat from eating too many calories. Do you track your intake?
You will probably gain weight, because the starches will make you hold more water. Water makes up a good part of muscle ya know? this is why when you compete you start putting the carbs back in before you do a show. It makes your muscles fuller. Thats one reason why you look flat. |
