progress on diiet

This is a follow up on my last post titled MASS BUILDING DIET

so i'm working on getting my bodyfat down from 23% (242lb 185lbm)
I have went from 242 to 229 in about 15 days. (7lb of which was water weight) I'm currently on a ketogenic diet... as i aggressively try to get myself down to about 15%. After i get to 15% which is 218lb. I will alter my diet to a less aggressive and a more conservative approach to avoid muscle wasting. i'm continuing to lift heavy.. and all my lifts have stayed the same accept one where i seem to have lost a rep or two. Does this seem like the right idea? I don't want to stay lower calorie ketogenic for too long right? I'm currently eat 10x's my bw in calories.. and performing cardio daily, 4 times a week intense cardio.. 3 days a week moderate.
