question

hey guys just one quickie question. is it okay to eat 10 eggs a day all with yolks?

haha yes i did, but that question was limited to a few egg yolks. this time i'm meaning 10 egg yolks. is that alright?

Well its good if you have a fit body but if you have fatty then leave the yellow portion , other wise you will gain more fat...

This is not true. Eating yolks does not make you fat. Eating more calories than you need makes you fat. If the yolks fit into your caloric budget, they are fine to consume.
