BF is insisting cottage cheese is a good protein source. Is it because of the 4g Sugar per serving that I can't have any on a cut?
Just wondering .
Thanks![]()
It IS an excellent source of protein, although not enough per serving to make a complete meal...but it does come w/ lactoseOriginally posted by Leslie2196
