Truthfully, youre putting too much emphasis on carbs, even though they are anabolic. I'd cut that in half and double up on fat and bring protein to about 250g.
What the fuck are craisens? Are they a fruit? Why would you add fructose in post workout? Cereal is a much better option. Chocolate milk too.

I agree but since he's on a bulk I don't see a problem with the fruit PWO. Also dropping the carbs would leave him with even less calories. I would say up the fats to increase your caloric intake if that's what your trying to do.

Add a couple tbs of evoo to each meal.

I told him to double up the fats. Carbs can be useful, but too many people make the mistake of using too many carbs.
Pubmed had a citing in which it reported cereal is much more beneficial.

I had no problem hitting 200g of fat. Surprisingly, my joints never hurt, my complexion was great, my strength actually went up, and I did this all on 160g of carbs. I mean it really took off.

Incidentally, I'm the same height as you, but I weigh in at 224 at about 15% bodyfat. you sound as if you ar endo-meso, I may be wrong, but judging from your recent fat history, you're most likely built like I am. Pay close attention to the carbs-they can be necessary, but too much will hinder good gains.

How old are you?

bodom, dont fall into the Prohormone thing too. Just stick with BASIC stuff: Creatine Mono (cheaper can be better-dont bother with Gaspari and celltech) and and if money allows BCAAs. for a 17 year old kid, you have buckets of test running around in your system, ya lucky bastard.

Your cals are about right, fat a little high actually (should be 76), Carbs are high, protein could be higher. Aim for 40/40/20 macros.

Why the 40/40/20 ratio?
