How do you expect to gain muscle when you are decreasing your calories?

If you are looking to put on weight, then it is the one that ultimate gets you to consume more calories than you need.

Your macronutrient profile looks fine if you are cutting, but if you want to gain weight, you need to add calories instead of restricting them.
