    Pork vs. beef

    Could anyone explain why beef is better than pork?
    How about fish or chicken?

    What are the differences between those?

    I was asked by someone who is a pork eater, why is beef better, and I didnt have a scientific response!

    Better for what? Overall health, building muscle, purely as a protein source, etc??
