Why can't I lose this weight?

I'll try not to make this too long. Basically I was doing really great at the begging of this year, lost about 12 pounds from feb. going into mar. on a good diet that was 6 meals a day. typical lean protein w/ some veggies. Pretty low carb, maybe 30 to 40 grams a day.
Maintained that weight for a month then I wanted to step it up to the next level and start a bulking cycle to add some mass to the frame now. I went on an 8 week cycle of test for the first time and too make a long story cut it at the 7th week and never did a PCT. My energy dropped like crazy, I didn't work out for 3 weeks, irregular the past few.
I've finally the past 2 weeks got back to my old routine but I put that 10 lbs back on and an extra half inch on my waist. To top that off I've been inconsistent on my diet for the past month and half BUT the past two weeks i've been good. Even did lipo 6 for a week on a good diet last week, didn't lose a pound.

Help please, what happened to my metabolism?

What Prince said.

However it could be more then just your diet here. You did a cycle, and didn't run PCT.

About the PCT. It "disappeared" from my drawer back in may. So I quit taking it about 2 months ago. I figured I'ld be fine by now. Diet-
Breakfast: 4 egg whites, 1 egg. i cup of oatmeal cooked or a half a grapefruit
--------------------
10 am- a can of tuna and an apple or a one scoop of whey w/ 9 oz of milk
--------------------
12:30- one and half chicken breast and a cup of brocoli
--------------------
2:30/3- a 4-6 oz filet of salmon and a cup of brown rice
--------------------
5- one scoop of whey w/ 8 oz of milk
--------------------
6- dinner 1 day is 6 oz of steak /or/ 2 days a week salmon /or/ 2 days a week chicken breast.......and always w/ 2 cups of spinich uncooked w/ a teaspoon of dressing and a half a sweet potatoe.
**on my workout days I have one extra shake w/ 2 scoops of whey isopure brand protein and 3 to 4 bottles of water a day

My weight is 183. height 5'9'', waist is 38.5-39''. its been a couple of years since my last BF% was taken but im sure it has to be around 17-20%
I followed this diet almost perfect for two weeks and haven't lost a pound. I should have lost at least one or two by now

Keto is only for VERY SHORT time periods. For the most part, never go below 85 grams/day or you won't be able to work out worth a crap! Every 4th day add a few hundred calories and go to 200 grams carbs as a refeed. You basically fried your metabolism.

Many people are very comfortable in the keto state. Additionally, far fewer than 85g are needed pre-workout in order to maintain performance.

Where did the value of '85g' come from?

I'd ask one of the guys in the andro forum here what to do about your lack of PCT (first thing coming to mind: SEE A DOCTOR).

I'd get some stuff tested, specifically your test/free test levels to make sure that your boys are producing on their own still.

In two months, no.

I was on keto for eight months and it didn't happen to me.

What calories were you running while on keto, and what were you running when you started gaining?

Two weeks you are expecting to see miraculous improvements?

It took you time to put it on, it will take you time to take it off.

When I was on my gain but this was a few months back around 2500-3000 a day I guess. I say I guess b/c I wasn't calorie counting. Just ate a lot. The diet I listed above came out to: 1579 Calories 157 grams protein 169 grams carbs a day. I've been on this for two weeks and nothing. not a half inch off the waist or a pound of weight

I realize that bro, I've been lifting for about a couple of years now and would like to think i've got the basics down. But i've never had this hard of a time losing weight, I never said I was looking for miraculous results. I would think a pound a week though is not unreasonable. Thats a damn strict diet and I pretty much said f it this week. I was hungry all the damn time and it wasn't working. Anyways, it's w/e im really starting to not care now
