Dennys menu sounds fishy?? Help

On the ud2 and needed a meal their scrambled eggs as follows cal250 prot 13 carb1 fat 21. Well if eggs have 70cal per egg and 6 prot. Why not dennys? What's your take I think they added butter since eggs contain about 5 g of fat.

Loaded with butter or some sort of oil.

I find that not only with Denny's but most restaurants in general. They cook stuff to taste good not to be good for you.
