Beginning of my Diet!!!!! WOW I need to readjust!

Hopefully Fitday exists and I really need to readjust my food, it should be ok for tommorow!

Yeah lol but not properly.

I was worried about my carbs but Built told me it wasn't a problem. If I wanna go to 500 it's not a problem, same for protein. Today should be ok!

It's more so that you would benefit by getting adequate dietary fiber (~25g/day).

I 'll see If I continue to gain weight quickly as now. If yes I 'll reduce my calories.

You can expect to put on a lot of water in the beginning as well. Give it some time to normalize out.

Yes it really seems like you eat way too many carbs and not enough protein. Especially if you want to build muscle! You should eat more protein and/or take whey protein before and after you workout to help your muscles repair and build faster!
