Reminds me of the time in the supermarket when the woman with the large breasts held up two honeydews and I exclaimed, "Whoa, that woman has MELONS!"
Actually cantelopes are not horrible, but you wouldn't want oatmeal in the "same meal!" Use the melon as your carb source, limiting the serving to 30 grams or less of carbs, with the protein powder, but add flax oil or cream as a fat source to limit the insulin surge from the sugars!
