Cool Is This a Good Solid Diet Plan?

Hello everyone,

I'm 26,I'm 150lbs and 6'1.. My plan is to look ripped.

Alright.. Info Of Calories Without Whey..

Meal 1
Oatmeal Cup 1 300 Calories 27 Caboydrate Protein 5
Egg White 3 & 1 Whole egg Calories?
2 or 3 price of turkey bacon Calories?
Apple Juice 1 Cup 110 Calories Caboydrate 28
Apple Sauce 1/2 Cup Calories 50 Caboydrate 13

Meal 2
Yogurt Calories 170
Bread 2 Slice Calories 114 26 Caboydrate Protein 14
Better 2 tbsp Calories 100

Meal 3

Chicken Beast Calories 120 Protein 21
Brown Rice 1/2 cup Calories 334

Meal 4
Bread 2 Slice Calories 114 26 Caboydrate Protein 14
Better 2 tbsp Calories 100



Meal 5
Steak Calories?
Samlon 100 Calories Protein 19 ( with 2 is 100+100=200 Protein 19+19= 38)Caboydrate?
Broccoli 30 Calories Caboydrate 4
Spinach 30 Caboydrate 3 Protein 2
Brown Rice 1/2 cup Calories 334
Apple Sauce 1/2 Cup Calories 50 Caboyd

that 2266 Calories?


I did a Calorie Calculator that I need. It Say:

Maintenance: 2359 Calories/day
Fat Loss: 1887 Calories/day
Extreme Fat Loss: 1415 Calories/day

Carbohydrate: 50%
Fat: 25%
Protein: 25%

Is that right or wrong?

or sould be like this:

Carbohydrate: 40%
Fat: 30%
Protein: 30%
