If you like, sure. Depends on your goals, but yeah, it's all about the average over time.

I sometimes under-eat for a few days before a planned event, for instance when I know I've got a dinner party to go to.
Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.

Think you're ready for the "next step"? Take this test.

I wouldn't massively undereat, especially if a workout day - but yeah, as Built said you do have to control the average.

You go under, you can go over.

You go over, you gotta go under.

i wud suggest that u shud not worry this much...

its all a game of average diet u take in...
if on the majority of the days u take up the optimal amount of calories there is no need to starve a particular day or eat in excess...

    hope u get my point....

    thanks..

Eat the same as you normally would. I find that eating fewer calories sets you up for another fall the day after next. I went through a really bad cycle of doing that last year. Sometimes you're too close to see how much of a dufus that you are being!
