    Well, what do you use???

I currently use one scoop 100% whey, 1 scoop muscle milk for casein, one 100g banana, 40g oatmeal, 1 teaspoon of peanut butter.

I eat a mixed meal about two hours out, and sip a whey shake with a little dextrose during.
Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.

Ideally 30g oats, 30g dextrose, 30g whey in a milk shake with 5g creatine. maybe accompanied with a cup of tea/coffee, sip BCAA's during workout but my wallet doesn't allow me such things.
