Need A Diet Plan!! Please Help!!
hi ive been looking all around for a general "starter" diet. I know there are many according to what your goals are but any help would be appreciated. Im not a vegetarian, and dont care if its low carb or whatever. Ive just been eating healthy for awhile now and havent seen any changes. and when i say eat healthy i mean alot of veggies and fruit, mostly water (or water based drinks), and have cut down on quantity. HELP

itsbetter to know what kind of foods are best for ur body then loook into someone else's diet. therefore, its best to learn what type of foods are good and what type of macroos are good for ur selected goals.
