can i maintain a six pack and still build muscle?
i know this thread doesnt go here but didnt really know where to put it. can i keep my 5% bodyfat and still pack on more muscle? or is getting fat just part of the bulking phase?? thanks

You will need to ultimately increase your body fat percentage in order to add lean mass.
However, you don't necessarily have to get 'fat' in the process.

Its called a Lean Bulk. You gain mass+size and get little to no bodyfat added on.
This is hard, and takes a lot of patience and consistency...you gotta know your body like shit. |
