One of the major reasons the Japanese live so long, I believe, is that their omega-6 to omega-3 ratio is about 3:1, due in part to a high fish diet. In America the omega-6 to 3 ratio is 15:1. Ideally it should be about 1:1 or less, which is what most experts believe it was during Paleolithic times.

Japs live long for a few reasons:

    soy (cardio protective)
    fish (good oils)
    green tea (antioxidants)
vegetables (vits, minerals, antioxidants, phytochemicals etc).

    Well, most likely anyway.

The japanese also live for so long cuz it is so damn hard to eat with 2 sticks that by the time an hour goes by, you just quit. I think all of the US's fat people should be forced to use them. Maybe cut off their fat fingers and attach chopsticks prosthetically.

I think cutting off their head would be more effective. Not much brain there to lose anyway.
