Protein intake question.
What's a good ratio of protein intake via supplement v.s. food?
Does it matter as long as you're taking in enough? |

Satiety aside, it doesn't matter.

Your macro ratios are important because without a ratio strategy, you cannot accurately determine what to fix in case things don't workout. You should design a ratio so that you can make intelligent adjustments to your food strategy when required.
