Odd question for Built
Built, I work a 14 on 14 off schedule, and this PSMF has really leaned me out while being at work. My girlfriend has seen no pics of me or anything, and has no idea how much leaner I will be.
I get off the rig Wed morning, and will get home and see her at about 4pm. How should I eat Tues-Wed to avoid the most amount of bloat, and to look as dry and muscular as I can? I have asked a similiar question in the past, but I got REALLY bloated on the milkshake. I think I may be developing a slight lactose intolerance, as I get really gassy after drinking milk. I know, I know, stupid question, but it's a new girlfriend, and I want her to be pleasantly surprised, and reminded what she has been waiting on! Thanks for the help with my neurosis.

Dear Neurotic Lifter,
I would suggest the following: Fluid: at least a gallon a day starting NOW. Tuesday water is high until noon, when it stops abruptly. Wednesday drink a little liquid sparingly with your breakfast, have a coffee or two, then no liquids at all from this point. Suck on a few precious ice cubes for moisture. Salt: salt your food liberally until bedtime Monday night. Tuesday you have no salt at all. Diet and training: (see here for tension and depletion workouts) Remain on low carbs until Monday after the tension workout. Do a depletion workout Saturday, another one on Sunday. Monday have an apple or two and some lean protein (chicken breast for example), wait an hour and then do a tension workout (full-body workout, 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps), then start carbing up - keep this low fat. Load creatine during the carbup - say a teaspoon for every 150g of carb, and you'll want a lot of carb with this - I'm thinking at least 3-4g/lb lbm. Get in some glycerine for this; some sort of hemodilator with glycerine and arginine would be great here. Remain active through the carbup, it'll help you reglycogenate. Good time to clean the bathroom... Tuesday go moderately low carb again. No salt from the time you wake up. Keep water high until noon, then stop abruptly. You will pee like you've sprung a leak. Wednesday: have a greasy shitload for breakfast, steak and eggs, waffles and butter with syrup, a small coca cola. No fibre, keep it white flour, greasy and low volume. Have more greasy salty crap for lunch - (watch it with the garlic, loverboy...) - burger and fries would work, or pizza, something sweet like a coke or a gatoraid. Keep beverages to a minimum during this time. Sip on coffee or green tea through the day, sparingly. At about 3:30 PM, do some pushups and chinups, bodyweight squats, whatever you want to show up. Weird tempo - two second contraction, one second eccentric. Try it, you'll see why. Enjoy the pumps. Name one of the kids after me...
Wondering where to start? Confused? This will get you started.

Only question I have Built is in regards to Tues and water. I dont get up until 6pm, work until 6am Wed, and get on a chopper, then go home. No sleep. So just no water at all on tues after I get up?

You can have your coffee when you get up to do your night shift on Tuesday evening, but after that just stop drinking liquids. You need to take a pill you can have a sip to get it down but that's it. If you must take any other liquid over your shift take tiny sips of very strong green tea or cold coffee (splenda is fine, no sugar). You're trying to set yourself up to keep peeing before your body knows you're getting dehydrated. Then the shitload will store glycogen etc in your muscles, drawing more water from your skin.
I'm taking my best guess at the timeline here but you should see some nice vascularity and definition from this. Take a pic before and after the "treatment", and during if you can. I'd like to see how it works.

I don't have a camera out here, so no pic is possible. We aren't allowed to take pictures on the rig for proprietary reasons, so no cameras allowed. But I will certainly let you know how it works!

Built, how long have you been in bodybuilding/fitness? I remember you saying you used to be overweight, right? Aren't you educated in it, too? Just curious, because it's mind-boggling how much you, and the other prominent members, know.
