I would throw those eggs on a pan then adding them to a shake.
Also O.J. isnt a good juice to put your creatine in. If u have to put it in a juice use an apple or non acidic one

MEAL 1- protein shake mixed with natural pb, ice cream, 3 raw eggs and milk
MEAL 2- cottage cheese mixed with fruit
almonds
8oz milk
MEAL 3- grilled chicken
rice or potatoes
8oz milk
MEAL 4- cheese or pb&j sandwhich
8oz milk
MEAL 5- postworkout shake consisting of protein powder and
creatine mixed in oj
MEAL 6- grilled chicken or steak
rice or potatoes
salad
8 oz milk
MEAL 7- protein shake mixed in milk
