Meats

I like red meat so i switched to buffalo what are some meats that are good for u that also tast good? thanks

beef, venison, chicken, turkey, fish and basically any other animal product.

Try some free-range beef. Better fat profiles and different taste.



Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Elk and Ostrich are two very lean red meats that are very good in my opinion! Also I like Lamb too?

could we conclude from beef that

2 people of different lifestyles
one with a healthy diet
on with a diet high in processed carbs, art sweeteners and high fructose corn syrup

that even at the same BF% one would have a better fat profile?


everyone here advocates that a calorie is a calorie
but from beef one could deduct that healthy calories produce healthier meat

and as we all know meat=muscle


just thinking with my figures, but what do you think?
