Light beer vs. Soda
I am planning on taking my girlfriend out, but I will probably end up being the designated driver. What is more detrimental to loss of muscle mass- soda or light beer?

Neither. It's a date, enjoy yourself. If all goes well, you should burn off the extra calories afterward.

light beer = the gay.
Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Ive found myself taking my wife out and i still order an iced tea. Granted i dont need to "fit in" since i know im getting some regardless
![]() Ever since ive been working out hard and monitoring my diet beer has not sounded good. I get an occasional thirst(so i just contradicted what i said) but i think about the benefits of not drinking that beer. And, if i had to choose id go water over light beer(wait, are these not the same items?) kris

yeah, lots of weights, a bit of cardio, jump roping, occasional carb ups (usually weekends) and all my fruits and veggies throughout the week.
