Pre-Workout meal

What usually you take (eat) before workout.
I ate some cereal (with low fat milk) for breakfast and since then i have taken nothing. For one hour from now i go to the Gym but i don't feel like i have enough energy. Maybe i should have an extra meal before i get to the gym?
What do you suggest? Thanks

Personally, pre workout, I go with either 1 scrabmled egg, 1 cup of 0% greek yogurt or high protein oatmeal. Sometimes ill just have an apple or banana though

yeah makes sense but when you put it in wrong context you cannot come with anything like these. It seems that i paused too long so i have forgotten all those tips, foods and stuff.

Thanks for the reply. It is much appreciated!

When I don't have solid food or the time to prepare some, I like to just take a scoop of Perfect Carb with two scoops of Lipotropic Protein. It ends up coming out to about 33g of carbs with 50g of protein and 0g of fat.

I have the chocolate flavor and it has like a milk chocolate type taste. I'm a fan of it. I have a bunch of those big buckets of Isopure stocked up from before I was with LG --- I have a buddy who works at GNC who gives me a deep discount. Nonetheless, the Lipotropic is still my favorite.

Also, sometimes instead of the Perfect Carb, I throw in a cup or so of raspberries or blackberries. The seeds are a pain sometimes, but it adds a bit of extra flavor -- fiber too.
