Simple, quick and easy recipes
Hello all
First post and visit to these forums. I'm a 40 yr old man who is jumping into the workout/eating healthy world before I die of a stroke world ![]() I need to slowly work my way into all this or I will get discouraged, so I want to take baby steps. This is for the long haul. This isn't about looking good next summer (although that would be cool), but this is about the rest of my life. I'm a lazy b*****d and HATE cooking. Is there a laundry list somewhere of quick and easy things to eat for someone who will eventually lift 2-3 times a week and do cardio 5-6 times? My training goals are to 1) loose weight (need to loose at least 50 lbs...I'm 6'2" 260ish) 2) increase my stamina 3) improved flexibity 4) try to get as "lean" as possible. My body type makes it hard to reach #4. So, any sites, lists etc.....that can help a lazy git like me with what to eat that doesn't take much cooking/preparing? Thanks all!
