Post Workout meal
I am pretty steady and clear on pre-workout meals but post-workout meals are a bit unclear to me. How long should I wait after working out and what should i eat? I keep hearing variations like eat sugar or protien or carbs. Since this this site is full of experts, PLZ HELP!

A mixed meal anytime after you train would be fine.
