low carb slow bulk
Hi can you critique my diet I am trying to gain lean muscle..not a majot bulk
Due to issues I avoid most carb type products..I am 5'10 145lbs about 10% bf...My goal one day is like 165lbs 6-8% bf (Not huge but good for my ectomorph boney natural frame...I started at 115lbs) Here is my current diet...what you think..how would you change? 2 x banana, 40g whey protein, 30ml olive oil shake 1 30g whey protein, 20ml olive oil shake (before bed) 1 can of tuna with 30ml olive oil 1 can of sardines 3 eggs 1 apple 100g oats (not every day) (Occasionaly like meat and rice and vege etc..not often) lots of water, some tea/coffee sometimes Multi vitamins.... I know its not a lot of calories maybe 2300-3000 depending on days..I drink some extra shakes workout days.....but my protein and fat is already high if I had 200-300g more carb then I would have loads of calories...thats why the overall calorie content is lower than a normal bulk if taking in 300 odd crbs per day Id be 3000-4000kcal per day IS too much olive oil bad? IS there not enough carbs to gain muscle? Too much reliance on whey protein? etc... |
