Im not fat or skinny, for example if i flex my abs ive kindaaa got a 6 pack.

Only diet i follow right now is hhigh protein, after each workout i have a protein shake with around 55g of protein.

From what I've heard, low carb on non-workout days, clean diet in general, and compound movements like squats and deads will get you the leanest.

Squats and other compound movements not only burn lots of calories, which will give you a leaner (not skinnier) physique, they're good for your abs because of the tension required in these exercises. It's very hard to bulk up without gaining fat. If you want to, you should do exercises that build the most amount of muscle and burn the most amount of calories, like compound and explosive movements. Isolation exercises like bicep curls don't do much of either. Eat clean, work out hard, and get plenty of sleep and you will reach your goal.

Dieting is one of the hardest things to do especially if you are used to eating delicious but a bit unhealthy foods. But for real, the thing you'd be getting from dieting is priceless. I am pretty sure that all of us would want to have a lifestyle but it's just that not everyone is willing to take a step further.
