Ditto to what DP said. You need to learn how to eat strictly now, so that when you get older and your metabolism slows down, as it inevitably does, you will be able to control your weight. And controlling your weight when you are older is important, both in terms of vanity and health. there i go with the dancing banana smiley again

Well I don't eat most junk foods but I admit it- I'm in love with Tim Horton freshly-baked, peanut-butter chocolate chip cookies. ummm. Also I eat a medium french fry like once a week, and that's pretty much it.

If your diet is strict 6 days per week I think it's okay to have one "cheat day" where you eat junk food, or whatever you want.
