the 2nd one. Is there something wrong with your test levels to begin with?
Would it make sense to eat things like flax, bananas, avacodos, almonds, broccoli, or celery before a workout since these are all foods that are proven to raise your testosterone? Or will the food not have enough time to process if eaten an hour or so before?

You are seriously over-complicating everything judging from your posts dude. You're 18 years old. You are a walking bowl of testosterone at this point.
Eat a lot, lift, rest and you WILL grow at this age. Besides some basic rules for minimum fats and proteins, there's not a lot of guidelines that need to be followed.
Interestingly enough, I'd contest that the cortisol you're generating from stressing about your diet so much is canceling out any marginal gains you would see from eating almonds 15 minutes before a workout (Not recommended in any case unless you like vomiting - stick to fast carbs and lean protein pre-WO imo)

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

Main point in bold IMO. I've never been a big fan of eating before a workout for that very reason. I never try to train so hard as to vomit (though I won't say it hasn't happened before, more then once), but helping the process along can't be a good idea. An apple before a workout, and PWO at least 10 minutes after but no more then 30 keeps me in the safe zone in this department.
