    I hate cooked oats.

I just put them in a glass with cold water and gulp them down.
Question is, am I getting all the nutrition eating them this way.

Yes, but if you don't like them You don't really HAVE to eat oats, though; sweet potatoes, brown rice, whole grain bread, etc. are all fine carbs.

One way to make cooked oats taste better you can cook them first and then mix in protein powder and peanut butter.

If you want to try something different with raw oats try blending them with protein powder, peanut butter, instant coffee, ice, cinnamon, splenda, and milk or water.

I do the same every morning cabby. Sometimes with milk and sometimes with water. I must say I prefer them with milk + nesquik powder but that's when i'm slacking a bit.
