first post...
i'm 22, just finished up my last year of football..my playing weight was about 207 with 8% body fat ,,,my senior year got cut short because of a foot injury and then a shoulder injury. foot is taken care of but shoulder is still stiff (rehabbign from surgery)...anyway i'm having trouble with my weight now, i'm at about 220 and i'd like to get to around 180 or 185 (playing weight wehn i was a freshman), any tips on diet/exercise programs that will help me lose weight without making any extreme life style changes? is it a reasonable goal to drop 30 pounds in a few months? if i could even get to a heatlhy 200 i would be okay with that..just trying to lose this gut that i have gotten...

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?
