Save your money and eat real food! IF you go w/ a protein supplement, make it a regular, low-carb, sugar-free protein powder and add your own (healthier) carbs and/or fat.

If you remember me I posted about a 3 weeks ago wether I should gain weight or lose some BF, after that Ive gained 3kgwith about the same BF.. so now when school starts it will be hard to eat 5-6 meals a day
and I was wondering what you think about Myoplex mass (it contains 500 calories each). Should I eat that as my "between the meals meals" or just take a good sandwitch and a couple of carrots
