    Activia in diet for cutting?

    Hey Guys

I am just wondering what your thoughts are on activia for dieting/cutting purposes ?

I find it to be just a quick filler meal to have when I am dieting and cutting.....

I am just wondering because of the content or possibly the sugar it contains it is not good to include in my diet?? Let me know what your guys take is on the product if I should continue or possibly use something else

    Thanks
