Intermittent fasting and the Paleo diet. Anyone familiar with this as a means of weight loss? I was talking to a guy in the gym this morning who swore by this and said it is the ONLY real way of losing weight and keeping it off. He was against counting calories because according to him, it never works (long term)- The Paleo Diet, also known as "The Caveman Diet" - REAL FOOD - NO GRAINS.
One of the most discouraging things about getting off my fat ass and working out- as well as seeking out nutritional information that will promote mass fat loss and still give me enough energy to workout in the mornings without feeling hungry all day is - iniformation overload.
One person says this, the other says that. More carbs / less carbs.
Less exercise more diet ...less diet more exercise...
