What is your % body fat? At your weight and height I'm assuming your pretty lean. Since your only 16 you shouldn't worry about getting fat if your trying to bulk. If your eating clean and lifting, fat will not be an issue. Based on your stats I would suggest a total caloric in-take of at least 2600 calories/day. Forget the cereal and egg beaters, instead eat 4-5 eggs for breakfast. Also, use whole milk not skim and regular cheese not fat free. You will want to get ~0.5g of fat/lean body mass which I would estimate (assuming your ~15% BF) would be 60g of fat/day.

I would still say ~60g/day of fat. Try eating a few tablespoons of all natural peanut butter (not the Skippy or Jiff crap) all natuaral only, and wash it down with a glass of whole milk. You can also cut up an avacado and add it to your salad. You want to keep your calories up high. Right now you look like your getting plenty of protein so if you can add more fat and get up around 2600 calories you should start gaining. If you don't gain any weight within a few weeks try adding another 500 calories. At your age and weight if your eating clean whole food you will need to be eating every chance you get. If you eat, you will grow!! If your not growing..eat more
