    Question would someone know.....

Well Hello...this my first post....great site BTW. Just wondering if any of you know if there's a way to get rid of or prevent that bloating feeling in the midsection after eating certain foods. Sometimes I have a prob with veggies and some fruits or just even a combo of certain proteins and carbs. I have heard that cinnamon or peppermint extract can help, but not exactly sure how or when to take it etc.....thanks for the info if you've got any

Hello, and welcome! I am a newbie in here too

I don't know how to get rid of the bloat once you've got it, but have you ever heard of carb bloat?

Prevention: Try and eat smaller meals throughout the day, and get your carb sources with lots of fiber, like whole grains, fruits and veggies. Do ya know anyone that eats too many veggies?-Hardly a binge food! Try and have some carbs and proteins in each meal. Soda also can give you the bloats.

And drink lots of water after the fact. Drink lots of water anyway!

    Peppermint does help with indigestion.

I don't claim to be an expert, but these are healthy eating habits anywhoo!:

Eat slower, chew your food more to reduce surface area, and try BEANO or a similar supplement.
