I don't know how to get rid of the bloat once you've got it, but have you ever heard of carb bloat?
Prevention: Try and eat smaller meals throughout the day, and get your carb sources with lots of fiber, like whole grains, fruits and veggies. Do ya know anyone that eats too many veggies?-Hardly a binge food!Try and have some carbs and proteins in each meal. Soda also can give you the bloats.
And drink lots of water after the fact. Drink lots of water anyway!
Peppermint does help with indigestion.
