Recently becomming a proud parent I need to cut costs and start bringing in food. We have some great health food around my work but spending 10 - 15 a day just for lunch is no longer an option. I was just hoping to get some ideas for some healthy food that won't taste so bad if it is premade.
That really depends on your diet and goals. If you are gaining mass turkey or chicken breast or tuna sandwiches with whole grain or sprouted grain bread. Yogurt, celery and PB, baby carrots, fresh fruit. Salads (sans the oil and vinegar until you are ready to eat it). Brown rice mixed with scrambled egg, onions, chicken and veggies - heat it up. Basically any leftovers you eat you can heat up. The options are endless.
