Other good AM sources of protien are cottage cheese and some sort of bar or shake. With oatmeal, Fiber One, or fruit.

I usually do Cardio early in the morning so it's normally nothing. But afterwards, I dive into what Mudge was talking about.

If for some god reason I do a workout in the early morning, a MRP or Protein bar is sufficient!

First thing in the morning I go for a 30 minute fast walk, then I come home, 1 or 2 teaspoons (heaping) of peanut butter to avoid 'starvation', then I start cooking.

Yep, MRP is correct! At this moment I only take protein powder during workouts, I sure wish there was a bar that I could take to work and trust the protein content of though.

Me, it's either right off the spoon or in my Chocolate flavored protein shake.

Well, since dong NHE and such, i either eat:

tuna + walnut oil + green veg

    or

    Tuna + strawberries and cream

    or

    Scrambled eggs + an apple.

I love all the food i eat, hence, dieting = a piece of cake for the most part.

I eat 4eggs+4strips of bacon+1 tbsn olive oil.

Since you will be eating carbs, and you can't eat eggs try having tuna+mayo/olive oil (or a mix of both)+apple or oatmeal.

Try mixing tuna with brown rice and add some nat pb, a bb'er friend of mine does that and likes it, i prefer it out of the can or w/some mayo/olive oil.

As far as the MRP, you'll be better off making your own (i.e. whey, flax, strawberries). Most of the commercial MRP's are loaded with sugars.

Someone remind if we ever have a IM get together not to sit anywhere near EarWax or get in an elvator, taxi or any other confined space!!!!!!!! Boiled eggs, me and public places don't agree.. hope that doesn't apply to you.

My breakfast for almost a year has been pretty simple.

4 scoops Pro Lab N'large with 2 cups shole milk = 830 calories. I think 68 grams of that is protien. This is when I'm not worried about weight gain. If I am worried then it's with water and only 600 calories.

My fav is Steel Cut Oats, 1 tsp of old fashioned peanut butter and half vanilla Whey Protein and half complete Chocolate protein powder mixed together! Yum! I have it almost every day.

If you don't like regualar oatmeal, give steel cut a try-It is so much better.

I could, but I get lots of fiber from the steel cut oats. Real food stays with me longer. And with a little bit of the good fats, even longer.

Reeses are so damn good, PB and chocolate rock - just a plain old fat bar of chocolate. Milky Way and Snickers are good from the freezer, but I spose they might do in PB also

I already had a half gallon of ice cream last weekend, don't tempt me please
